The Director position involves working closely with our client's CEO and Chair of the Board of Directors to establish and maintain a strong Governance system that complies with regulatory requirements and modern practices. This includes managing all Board and committee logistics, overseeing the maintenance of Board approved policies, and tracking organization policies and procedures. Additionally, the Director serves as the Chief Returning Officer for any member or shareholder voting processes.The Director plays a key role in supporting the governance process by ensuring effective communication and coordination between the Board of Directors, CEO, and other stakeholders. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The Director must also have a thorough understanding of governance principles and practices to effectively fulfill their responsibilities in maintaining a robust governance system.
