
An exciting opportunity is available for a Head of ERP Product and Sales in the UK to lead the market entrance and growth of our client, a well-established international company in the technology sector. The company, founded in Italy in 1978, has expanded its product offering into Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications and has operations in eleven countries. With a turnover of over 1 billion in 2021, the company is now looking to enter the UK market with its ERP product. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a go-to-market strategy, refining the product for the UK market, developing new business opportunities, and managing the ERP team to scale opportunities in the UK.
The ideal candidate for this role will have more than 3 years of ERP sales, pre-sales, and/or strategy experience in a high-volume sales environment, as well as extensive ERP market knowledge and intelligence research capabilities. They should be customer-led, entrepreneurial, and capable of understanding the technical challenges of ERP software implementation. The successful candidate will also have outstanding leadership abilities and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
