Our client, an internationally operating industrial company with around 900 employees, is seeking a Head of Digitalization & IT to lead the strategic future topics related to digitalization from their headquarters in Vienna. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing digital transformation, managing IT solutions, and coordinating digitalization projects on a national and international level. They will also be responsible for stakeholder management, project management, and leadership of project teams.
The ideal candidate will have completed technical or business training, possess several years of experience in digitalization and IT/Smart Factory, and have a strong understanding of processes in production, trade, and administration. They should have a passion for technical innovations and digitalization, be willing to travel, and have strong communication skills in German and English. This role offers a competitive annual gross salary starting at EUR 100,000, with the potential for overpayment based on experience and qualifications, as well as a car as part of the salary package.
