A global FMCG organization is seeking a highly experienced individual to fill a newly created role focused on driving the best-in-class digital consumer experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding brand teams in developing and executing digital campaigns that align with e-commerce and CRM strategies to achieve KPIs and ROI targets. They will also be tasked with identifying and partnering with agencies for digital content creation, community management, and influencer engagement, as well as managing digital channels such as websites, social media, and e-stores. Additionally, the role involves monitoring digital KPIs, analyzing competitive activity, and building the marketing team's digital capabilities to drive digital transformation within the organization.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in FMCG or agency roles, with a strong understanding of CRM and digital marketing. Experience with Salesforce platforms and managing agencies and multifunctional teams is essential, along with a proven track record of success in digital marketing and sales.
