The role involves overseeing the development and execution of demand generation strategies, with a focus on FMCG sales and demand forecasting processes. This strategic leadership position is responsible for driving and managing demand planning activities to support our client's growth objectives. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure alignment of demand activities with overall business objectives and go-to-market strategies. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven insights models to improve forecast accuracy and drive management decision-making processes.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a relevant field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and demand forecasting. Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and leadership attitude are essential, along with a solid knowledge of Sales/Demand Planning in FMCG businesses. The successful applicant should also possess data-driven skills, advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
