
Our client is undergoing a significant transformation to become a digital-first organization, focusing on improving efficiency, effectiveness, and the overall employee experience. The Transformation Office is responsible for overseeing critical projects and corporate-level change initiatives to ensure the long-term future of the organization. They are seeking a hands-on Head of Change to design and deliver a change management philosophy, approach, and plan to support the organization's future strategy.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders to understand change impacts, lead strategic planning and implementation of change activities, and manage resources and delivery. They will ensure there is a compelling vision, a clear picture of the future state, and effective change leadership in place. Responsibilities include overseeing change budget, planning and risk management, implementation, and enabling a smooth handover of plans and capability. The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, experience in stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of change management principles and concepts. The position offers a 12-month fixed-term contract with a competitive salary and benefits package, including hybrid working practices and the opportunity to be based in London, Glasgow, Manchester, Birmingham, or Cardiff with regular travel to London.
