
The client, a global leader in the industrial sector, is seeking a Head of Business Unit to support General Management in developing strategies for business growth and increasing turnover and profitability. Responsibilities include managing the commercial policy of the Business Unit, defining prices and sales conditions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory certifications for product safety. The Head of BU will also be responsible for developing annual plans for product and market development, as well as overseeing market analysis and sales activities.
Key duties of the role include transferring customer needs to the technical office for product definition, supporting the purchasing office in supplier selection, and ensuring the contribution margin of products is maintained. The Head of Business Unit will be tasked with developing multi-year projections, supervising relationships with customers, and submitting objectives and sales strategies.
