The client is looking for a Head of Business Analytics to lead the Data Analytics function and drive the organization to become data-driven. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for owning the Data Analytics platform and building Business Intelligence capabilities. They will work closely with senior leadership, functional/in-country leads, external vendors, and application owners to provide strategic analyses and build models related to operational and business performance. The Head of Business Analytics will also be responsible for increasing visibility of business performance through developing KPI and financial dashboards, sharing best practices with end-users, and managing database and data warehousing efforts.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in data analytics and business intelligence, with experience in building and implementing data analytics platforms. They should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
