Our client, an international bank based in Luxembourg, is seeking to expand its presence in the Belgian market and is looking for a Belgian Branch Manager to lead this initiative. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing the portfolio of Belgian clients in the bank's HNWI/UNWI segment and increasing their assets under management. This will involve setting up an office in Belgium, recruiting and developing a local team, and identifying growth opportunities in Flanders in line with the bank's global strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in finance or economics, over 15 years of experience in Private Banking with a deep understanding of the Belgian market, particularly in Flanders. They should possess strong leadership and team management skills, a proven ability to develop business and build long-term client relationships, and excellent interpersonal skills.
