The Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University is seeking a new Chairperson for the Department of Supply Chain Management to start in August 2019. The ideal candidate should have a Ph.D. in Business Administration with a focus on Supply Chain Management or related disciplines, as well as a strong academic and professional background suitable for a tenured full professor position. The department is known for its internationally recognized faculty and offers undergraduate, graduate, and Ph.D. programs in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, and Operations & Sourcing Management. The Chairperson will be responsible for representing the department within the College and University, as well as managing faculty, staff, and student recruitment, development, and financial management.
