Description

A Private Equity backed SaaS business is seeking a Group Reporting Manager to oversee reporting to internal and external stakeholders, as well as develop internal controls and procedures. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in a top 6 accounting firm, strong technical accounting skills, and experience with consolidations and multi-currency entities. Other required experience includes acquisition and merger accounting, hedging and treasury knowledge, and NetSuite experience is an advantage. The role will involve monthly consolidation under IFRS, management reporting, accounting for Group holding companies, preparation of financial statements, and assisting with audits and tax compliance.

Responsibilities for the Group Reporting Manager will include enhancing consolidation systems and processes, supporting regional finance teams, producing monthly management reporting, preparing bank reports and tax submissions, and assisting with the development of Group Finance Policies & Procedures. The role will also involve managing Group audits, rationalizing the Group chart of accounts, preparing annual statutory accounts, monitoring financial reporting requirements, and assisting with acquisition accounting and entity integration. Additionally, the Group Reporting Manager will be responsible for legal entity rationalization across multiple countries and performing ad-hoc duties as needed.
