A prominent Asian family-owned conglomerate is seeking a Group Head of HR to shape and develop the people & culture strategy for the Group. This role, based in Singapore, will report to the Group CEO and be responsible for leading all areas of People Success and Recruiting Functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in supporting high growth organizations within manufacturing or a similar sector, with at least 15 years of leadership experience and a broad knowledge of HR capabilities and best practices.
