A Group FP&A Manager is needed for a fast-growing Tech company in London, offering a salary of 90,000 - 110,000 plus bonus and benefits. This role involves working for an entrepreneurial tech business with a focus on accurate month-end close, presenting P&L reports, driving strategic decisions, managing budgets, developing KPI dashboards, and supporting ERP implementations. The successful candidate will need to be a qualified Accountant with strong financial modeling and analytical skills, experience with PowerBI is desirable, and have excellent interpersonal skills and a hands-on approach.
Responsibilities include owning the FP&A function, forecasting and budgeting processes, providing analysis and guidance for strategic decision making, managing the cost base, ensuring accurate month-end processes, supporting continuous improvements across the finance team and wider business, and being involved in system implementations.
