
St Giles Hospice is seeking a Group Chief Executive Officer to lead the client through a significant transformation program aimed at achieving financial sustainability by Autumn 2024. The successful candidate will work closely with the Board of Trustees to drive the second phase of the program and ensure the client's long-term success. The CEO will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of specialist palliative and end of life care services to patients living with terminal illnesses, as well as providing support to their families and carers. The role will involve managing operations at the hospice's centers in Whittington and Sutton Coldfield, as well as coordinating care in patients' homes across the region.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management and a proven track record of leading successful transformation programs within the charitable sector. They will possess excellent leadership and strategic planning skills, with the ability to drive change and innovation within the organization.
