Description
The ideal candidate for this position will possess a bachelor's degree in nursing and a graduate degree in business administration, nursing, or health care administration. They should also have a strong background in progressive leadership within a complex pediatric hospital setting, or a combination of hospital leadership and pediatric nursing experience.The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the pediatric hospital, ensuring high-quality patient care, and implementing strategic initiatives to improve overall performance. They will also be expected to collaborate with other hospital leaders, medical staff, and external stakeholders to drive innovation and excellence in pediatric healthcare delivery.
