The Executive Director (ED) at our client reports to the Vice President of Corporate Services and plays a critical role in providing leadership and strategic direction for the organization's privacy program and legal services. The ED is responsible for overseeing the development, maintenance, and implementation of our client's Privacy Program to ensure alignment with legislation and best practices. Working closely with the Executive Committee, the ED promotes a culture of privacy within our client by leading activities to increase awareness of the privacy program and providing high-quality legal advice and services to support our client's mandate.The ED's responsibilities include managing our client's corporate privacy framework, coordinating privacy policies and procedures, and ensuring that privacy practices are in line with regulations. The ED also collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to support our client's privacy initiatives and enhance privacy awareness. Overall, the ED plays a key role in upholding our client's commitment to privacy and legal compliance while providing strategic leadership in the development and implementation of privacy programs and legal services.
