Our client is looking for a Chief Program Officer (CPO) to lead the development and expansion of Partners for Care programs, specifically focusing on launching the Lumia Health program in Nova Scotia. The CPO will be responsible for creating an operational framework for Lumia Health and other programs, overseeing their execution, and working closely with the executive management team to ensure alignment with the organization's strategic plan. The successful candidate will need to have a highly focused and entrepreneurial mindset to drive the growth and impact of the programs.Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the CPO will play a key role in fulfilling the organization's vision by implementing programs that align with the strategic plan and achieve the mission, goals, and objectives of Partners for Care. The CPO will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of program development, design, and growth, with a primary focus on the successful launch of the Lumia Health program in Nova Scotia.
