The company prioritizes sustainability by using recyclable or biodegradable materials in production and adhering to strict quality standards certified to ISO norms.
As the Global Sales Director, you will play a key role in developing the international sales strategy. Responsibilities include identifying new opportunities in various markets, executing a sales strategy aligned with growth objectives, leading and managing the international sales team, analyzing sales performance and market trends, negotiating contracts with international clients, seeking new business opportunities in emerging markets, collaborating with marketing and innovation teams, maintaining a steady flow of prospects, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, managing the international sales budget, providing accurate sales forecasts and financial reports, and working closely with the finance department for billing and payment collection. The successful candidate will have at least 20 years of international sales experience, including 10 years in a leadership role in the cosmetic packaging industry, a strong understanding of the French market, proven experience in selling similar products internationally, solid team management skills in a multicultural context, excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, fluency in English and French, and availability for frequent travel (50%+).
