This Global Sales Director opportunity is with a prestigious British manufacturing business, Cambridge Vacuum Engineering (CVE), known for their innovative Electron Beam systems and Vacuum Furnaces. With over 50 years of experience, CVE is a market leader in specialized applications, with 95% of their business focused on exports. They have developed a groundbreaking welding system called Ebflow, which offers superior technology for large structures.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing a global business development sales plan to target key end-user customers who can benefit from the EBFLOW welding system. They must have a proven track record in sales of capital equipment engineered systems, experience in project-based capital sales cycles, and the ability to develop relationships with multinational customers at the C-level. An engineering background is preferred, along with strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills. The package offered will include an attractive bonus component on top of the basic salary and benefits.
