The role involves designing, managing, and advising on all global reward policies and processes, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a global reward strategy that aligns with the business plan and drives desired commercial outcomes and behaviors. Additionally, the role involves overseeing the implementation of a new career architecture program and providing advisory support to HR Business Partners and other business areas on rewards strategy and operational matters.

The ideal candidate for the Global Reward Manager position will have prior experience in designing and managing rewards processes at a global organization. Strong analytical skills, the ability to influence business leaders, and experience with HRIS and data visualization tools are essential for success in this role.
