This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading global brand as a Global HR Operations Director based in the South West. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the role involves overseeing global HR services for a headcount of approximately 3,000 employees in the UK and worldwide. The successful candidate will lead a large team, including the heads of Reward, Talent Acquisition, and HRIS, ensuring that HR policies, processes, and improvements are effectively implemented through the Shared Services team. Additionally, the role involves supporting the CPO as part of the Senior Leadership Team and working on various global change and transformation projects.
To excel in this role, candidates must have experience leading HR Operations or HR Services teams and possess strong coaching and management skills. A background in HR generalist roles, with knowledge of Reward, Talent Acquisition, and HRIS, is preferred. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, resilient, and able to adapt to change while making commercial decisions with a proactive attitude. Experience in Professional Services or Partnership environments, as well as global exposure, would be advantageous. The client operates a hybrid work model, with the expectation of being in the office around two days per week, and they are open to considering candidates based in London.
