The client is seeking an experienced professional in managing global HR services. You will have a strong background in HR policies, processes, and process improvements, as well as experience working with a Shared Services team. The ability to lead a large team, including leads for Reward, TA, and HRIS, is essential for this role. Additionally, the successful candidate will be comfortable working on adhoc projects and supporting the Chief People Officer as part of the Senior Leadership Team.

The Global HR Operations Director will work closely with UK and global regional teams to lead these projects and ensure their successful execution.
