This strategic and tactical role will involve developing and managing the overall marketing vision and strategies for the company, as well as leading a repositioning program to elevate the brand to its next level of growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining customer segmentation and needs, developing integrated marketing strategies, and implementing innovative multi-channel marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate bottom-line impact.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of relevant experience in strategic brand marketing and possess strong leadership skills. They must have a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related disciplines, as well as global or international working experience. The successful applicant will also be responsible for building marketing organization capability, upskilling teams, and driving digital acquisition and business growth through data-driven marketing planning and customer journey redesign.
