
The client Group Head of IT Service Delivery will be responsible for overseeing various functions within the global technology department to ensure high-quality services are delivered to end users. This role involves aligning teams to meet customer satisfaction targets and SLA's, while also adhering to ITIL policies and processes. The successful candidate will lead global service delivery teams, develop and mentor team members, design and implement ITSM services, and establish service level agreements and key performance indicators.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record in service delivery leadership, with experience managing globally dispersed teams of 10 or more individuals. They will be responsible for resolving escalated and complex issues related to service delivery, as well as developing and executing a continuous improvement plan for IT service delivery.
