The job involves leading a team of 3 reports to bring the Continuous Improvement (CI) program to the next level in the energy industry. Responsibilities include supporting business units and headquarters in implementing a sustainable culture, developing a performance-driven culture, and working directly with the management team to achieve buy-in for CI programs. The role also involves establishing a strong CI community, coaching and connecting individuals and teams on CI capabilities, and driving adoption of digital transformation.
The successful applicant should have a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or Engineering, with 10+ years of relevant experience in operations, including 5+ years of managerial experience. They should have demonstrated experience in developing E2E plans, driving sustainable culture change, and working in an international environment. Strong leadership, coaching, change management, and communication skills are essential, along with knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies. The role offers an excellent package and requires fluency in English, with willingness to travel.
