
The Global E2E Operational Excellence Director will play a crucial role in leading the transformation journey for our client. This role involves focusing on two main areas: Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement. The Director will work with a team of 3 reports to enhance the CI program and drive a performance-driven culture that prioritizes efficiency, productivity, safety, and quality.
Responsibilities of the role include influencing and inspiring leadership at various levels within the organization. The Director will collaborate with the Management team to ensure buy-in for E2E programs and oversee the sustainable execution of Continuous Improvement initiatives. Additionally, the Director will be responsible for further developing CI training capabilities to enable action and drive results within the organization.
Overall, the Global E2E Operational Excellence Director will be instrumental in maximizing safety, process efficiency, and productivity within the supply chain strategy of our client. By focusing on capabilities building and identifying opportunities within Commercial and Operational Excellence, the Director will help drive our client towards increased efficiency, productivity, safety, and quality through a bottom-up approach.
