
The job involves overseeing the strategic plan, ensuring alignment with corporate vision, approving and supervising training programs, validating financial and operational reports, reporting progress to senior management, implementing and enforcing management system policies, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, evaluating and approving marketing strategies, capitalizing on business opportunities, developing a strong client base, defining and directing sales strategies, proposing commercial policies, supervising and managing offers, detecting business opportunities, establishing and maintaining strategic client relationships, monitoring project progress, and reviewing and approving contracts and tenders.
The successful candidate should have a degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related fields, an MBA or Master's in Projects or related areas, advanced English proficiency in business contexts, technical knowledge in project management (PMP), over 15 years of professional experience, over 7 years in commercial management roles, over 7 years in the extractive sector (mining, oil, and energy), extensive market and service knowledge, a solid reputation in the market, demonstrated experience in the extractive sector, team management experience (over 8 reports), sales team motivation experience, market and competition analysis skills, negotiation and communication skills, flexibility to adapt to commercial environment changes, and quick reaction abilities.
