Our client is a fast-growing prefabricated organization that started operations in 2024 with a focus on production and assembly of precast elements. They have a strong appetite for growth in the sector and have developed their own prefabricated modeling software program. Our client is seeking a strategic leader to work closely with the Chairman, develop the vision and strategy, and lead the execution of the company's goals. This role will involve full business planning, budgeting, P/L responsibility, and ensuring profitable growth in line with short and long-term objectives. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing key external stakeholder relations, leading sales and business development, and finding and developing talent for the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably civil engineering, with at least 15-20 years of experience and 5 years of leadership background in industrial markets. Knowledge of prefabricated operations and previous P&L management experience are important qualifications for this role. Strong business acumen, commercial mindset, and people management skills are also required. Fluency in English is a must.
