
The client is seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager in the field of Dermatology / Aesthetics. In this key position, you will be responsible for the overall management of the German market and play a central role in expanding market presence and strengthening the brand. Responsibilities include strategic leadership and growth of the company in Germany, implementation of long-term and short-term goals, operational plans, policies, and P&L management. You will also be tasked with building a solid and trusting network, particularly with physicians, as well as establishing, leading, and developing a sales organization to ensure that suitable talents are available to implement the company's business plans.
Additionally, the General Manager will work closely with other international leadership functions such as Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales, Compliance, HR, and PMO. The role also involves embodying the company's values and collaborating with various teams to achieve overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dermatology / Aesthetics, proven experience in strategic leadership and business growth, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Strong leadership skills, the ability to develop and lead a sales team, and a commitment to upholding the company's values are essential for success in this role.
