Montfort Renaissance is seeking a General Manager with at least ten years of management experience in a complex non-profit organization related to health, social services, or the Francophonie. The ideal candidate will have the ability to inspire and empower staff, create a strong sense of belonging within the organization, and apply concepts of inclusion and equity on a daily basis. They must also demonstrate a deep understanding of the issues facing Ontario's Francophone community, exhibit unifying and caring leadership, creativity, political acumen, and the ability to develop strategic partnerships and new opportunities.The successful candidate will possess an entrepreneurial and strategic mindset, while also valuing social values and maintaining interpersonal relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds. They must be an effective communicator, bilingual in both official languages, transparent, determined, skilled in negotiation and facilitation, and committed to continuous improvement. The General Manager should also be recognized for their curiosity, deliberate approach to learning, composure, and managerial courage.
