The General Counsel will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to the client on a wide range of issues, including regulatory matters, governance, and policy development. They will also oversee the management of litigation and provide guidance on risk management and compliance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory law, with experience in legal ethics, professional conduct, and administrative law. They must be a member in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
