A top pharmaceutical company is seeking an individual contributor for a new leadership team role with a hands-on approach. Our client is known for offering life-saving solutions in various therapeutic areas. The professional in this role will report directly to the General Manager and work closely with the Regional Head to develop and implement strategic plans for Gene Therapies, as well as oversee Public Affairs and Government Relations activities. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to navigate regulatory, market access, and commercial aspects, while building relationships with key external stakeholders and developing regulatory and market access strategies tailored to the Turkish market.
The successful applicant will have a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA or Doctoral degree preferred, along with a minimum of 10-12 years of relevant experience in Gene Therapies and/or Public Affairs. They should have a solid track record in government affairs roles, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive successful launches. This role offers the opportunity to be part of establishing and managing critical business that will have a positive impact on patients and the market, with visibility, authority, and responsibility at the N-1 level within the Leadership Team.
