They are seeking a Senior Investor Relations professional to build and maintain relationships with investors, develop fundraising strategies, and lead sales and marketing efforts. The successful candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in fundraising, sales, or investor relations within the private equity or financial services industry, along with strong analytical, communication, and networking skills.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering from a top-tier university, along with advanced financial modeling skills and a deep understanding of capital markets. They should be ambitious, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with fluency in Italian and English.
