The Chief Digital Officer (CDO) will report directly to the President & CEO and will be responsible for leading our client's digital transformation on a fractional basis. They will provide strategic guidance and hands-on leadership in digital initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth. The CDO will develop and execute a tailored digital strategy to increase fundraising revenue, enhance operational efficiency, and improve community engagement. This role offers a flexible, high-impact opportunity to work closely with the leadership team on an advisory basis.The CDO will utilize customer and market data, as well as technology, to retain and expand donor segments with the goal of increasing donor lifetime value. They will lead a team focused on reporting key company metrics, optimizing revenue growth through technology and data, and implementing new sources and technologies. This is a fractional position with a term length of 6-12 months, offering the option to work in a hybrid or fully remote capacity.
