A growing private equity backed Insurance business is seeking an FP&A Manager to join their team and support strategic goals. The ideal candidate will be proactive, able to think strategically, build strong relationships with the Executive team, and provide financial analysis and insight. Requirements include being CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified, having prior private equity experience in insurance or financial services, driving budgeting & forecasting processes, and business partnering experience. The role involves managing the annual budget process, presenting financial board packs, analyzing actual results vs. forecasts, identifying cost savings, implementing automation initiatives, and business partnering with multiple stakeholders.
The FP&A Manager will also work on producing models for business use, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing support to auditors. The successful candidate will have experience with general ledger functions, month-end/year-end close processes, financial modeling, data analysis, and driving change with a continuous improvement mindset.
