A Private Equity backed healthcare business is seeking a Financial Controller to lead the finance team, drive process improvement, and oversee transformational activities. The successful candidate will report to the CFO and be responsible for managing a team of around 20 employees, ensuring high performance and professional growth. Key responsibilities include overseeing accounts payable to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, implementing internal controls, managing vendor relationships, and resolving payment-related issues. Additionally, the Financial Controller will oversee accounts receivable to ensure timely billing and collections, as well as develop strategies to minimize financial risk.
