The Financial Controller - Construction position is a newly created role within a well-established, privately owned commercial construction company in Burlington, Vermont. The successful candidate will work closely with the CFO and Executive Team to manage financial operations, including month-end closings, financial statement preparation, budgeting, and forecasting. This role will also involve overseeing accounting processes, developing staff, and improving efficiency in accounting and technology systems. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, at least 10 years of experience in the construction sector, and proven leadership skills.
This on-site position offers a competitive base salary range of $140,000 - $160,000, bonus eligibility, insurance coverage, 401k plan, and additional benefits.
