The Financial Controller - Construction position is with our client, a mid-sized, well-established Construction Company located just North of Boston. The role involves managing financial reporting, budgets, and key financial metrics while partnering with Executive Leadership to achieve strategic company goals. Responsibilities include overseeing the Accounting and Finance team, maintaining internal control systems, and managing relationships with external CPA and technology consulting firms. The successful candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, 10+ years of Accounting experience in the Construction Industry, and Sage300/Timberline knowledge.
The Financial Controller - Construction will receive a base salary of $150,000+ with bonus eligibility, a 401k plan, PTO, insurance coverage, and additional company benefits.
