We are seeking a Finance Trustee and Chair of the Finance, Audit, Investment and Risk Committee to join our client, with a time commitment of 1-2 days per month. The role involves overseeing the governance and strategic direction of the organization, ensuring sufficient resources are available to fulfill our mission. The ideal candidate will have extensive strategic finance experience, a commercial mindset, and expertise at the board level, as well as knowledge of corporate governance and risk management.
