We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated economist to fill the role of Finance Manager at our client. This position involves overseeing and developing the finance function, including accounting, reporting, and process improvement. The Finance Manager will work closely with colleagues and report directly to the CEO. Responsibilities include managing financial issues for our client in Sweden and Denmark, preparing monthly and annual accounts, supporting budgeting processes, and driving the development of reporting and processes. The ideal candidate will have a background in economics, strong experience in finance and accounting, and the ability to work both strategically and operationally.
The successful candidate will have leadership experience, excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, and proficiency in MS Office. Experience in partner-owned organizations or service companies is advantageous, as is a background in accounting or audit firms. The Finance Manager should be structured, communicative, and detail-oriented, with a service-oriented and pragmatic approach.
