An established insurance business is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee all finance functions within the company. This individual will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including the Operations Manager and CEO, to achieve business objectives. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day finance operations, completing statutory accounts, and liaising with tax consultants on corporation tax returns. The successful candidate will need to be a qualified Accountant with 10+ years of experience, have technical accounting experience in an MGA environment, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
The Finance Manager will also be responsible for authorizing insurance-related payments, working with the Senior Finance team of the client, and partnering with underwriting managers and teams.
