The ideal candidate will have a higher education in a relevant field, experience from audit firms (Big 4), and expertise in tax, audit, and controlling. Additional qualifications such as KIBR, ACCA, or CIMA are advantageous, along with proficient knowledge of accounting regulations and business acumen. Strong leadership, communication skills, a can-do attitude, problem-solving orientation, attention to detail, and fluency in English are also required.
