The client is seeking an experienced Finance Director to join their production plant in Lower Silesia district. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role within a production company. This position requires full-time on-site work. Responsibilities include managing the budget, audit, taxation, and accounting for the local organization, as well as supervising the Controlling team and providing guidance to the Chief Accountant. The Finance Director will also be responsible for organizing and managing the local finance team, implementing best practices, and ensuring alignment with the group's interests.
Key duties of the Finance Director include budgeting, monthly reporting with a focus on variance analysis, and actively participating in obtaining financing and managing relationships with banks and investors. The successful candidate will assess performance, plan, and implement procedures and systems to improve the current controlling system. The Finance Director will play a crucial role in structuring and managing the finance team, sharing best practices, and ensuring alignment with the group's interests at all times.
