The company is a leading manufacturing business internationally with a market-leading product offering and has experienced significant growth and expansion. The role involves reporting to the Regional CFO in Singapore and GM, Trkiye & Middle East, and responsibilities include ensuring business activities meet profit, cash flow, and growth requirements, driving process improvements, providing financial analysis, managing cost controlling, budgeting, and planning, overseeing accounting processes, and supporting management decision-making.
The successful candidate will have over 14 years of finance experience in multinational companies, a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration, and ideally a Master's in management. They should be a qualified Accountant (CMA, CPA) with strong financial control skills, commercial mindset, P&L experience, and the ability to manage a multi-site team. The individual should be highly motivated, comfortable with travel, a strong leader, self-starter, and focused on career progression.
