They will lead the development and expansion of patient-centered programs and services, address emerging clinical and operational issues, and foster a team environment that encourages professional development and innovation.The ideal candidate for this role is a visionary and inspirational leader with proven senior operational experience in a complex health system. They must have a comprehensive knowledge of the healthcare environment, awareness of current trends and best practices, and strong communication and team development skills. Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario and a graduate degree in nursing or a related field are required for this position.
