The Executive Site Director for the new Baltimore site at College Track will be responsible for establishing and leading the inaugural program, launching with the new class of scholars in 2026. This individual will be the driving force behind setting up the site for success, building necessary operations and infrastructure from the ground up. Reporting to the Lead Executive Site Director, they will develop comprehensive plans for the inaugural cohort of scholars, including recruitment & retention strategies and program implementation timelines. The Executive Site Director will also lead the recruitment process for key personnel in two phases, in April and July 2025, and ensure high-quality execution across all aspects of the initiative.
