
The Executive Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Research team and Training Products and Project Team, working closely with the Chief Executive Officer to support the development of the workforce plan. By utilizing high quality evidence, analysis, and stakeholder consultation, the Executive Manager will gain strategic insights from evaluating and monitoring the impact of skills gaps, training interventions, workforce strategies, and program performance.Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Executive Manager will play a crucial role in driving our client's workforce development efforts. This position will involve leading a team, collaborating with key stakeholders, and utilizing data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive organizational success.
