After managing a global sales team for a pharmaceuticals giant in Singapore for nealy a decade, Malin was looking to move her family back to her home country of Sweden to be closer to her aging parents. She was also looking to transition to a leaner, mid-cap company.

She also identified other Sweden-based consultants with deep expertise in the Pharmaceuticals sector.
