
The Executive Director will work closely with the Board to implement the Strategic Plan and develop future plans, policies, and goals for our client. They will oversee the assessment and delivery of programs and services, ensuring they meet the changing needs of members and the sector. Building community engagement and partnerships, as well as maintaining and seeking new funding sources, are key responsibilities of the role. The Executive Director will also focus on creating a positive workplace culture and empowering team success.This position is ideal for a leader with a strong background in non-profit management and a minimum of five years of experience in a senior management role. The successful candidate will have expertise in board governance, team leadership, financial oversight, and strategic fund development. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered for this role, which offers the opportunity to advance our client's capacity and support the growth of member-inspired, competitive sport initiatives.
