Our client is seeking an Executive Director for their Tennessee region, responsible for leading the strategic vision and transformational results of the three Rocketship schools in Nashville. The Executive Director will oversee a $24M budget, manage a team of 150 regional employees, and work towards expanding the impact of Rocketship in Tennessee by opening additional schools in Nashville or other cities. The ideal candidate will report directly to the CEO and have a strong background in student achievement, development, parent organizing, and external relationship management.
Rocketship Tennessee currently serves over 1,500 students and families in Nashville, with their schools ranking among the top five highest-performing schools for economically disadvantaged students in the city. The Executive Director will play a crucial role in continuing this success and furthering Rocketship's mission of unleashing the potential of every student they serve.
